... if a nonhuman animal were to destroy a human being from the U.S., it would've damaged the guidelines from the land and would likely get rougher sanctions than if it ended up a human. My stage is always that like legislation govern all who interact inside of a Culture, legal rights are for being placed on all beings who interact in that society
